BRIEF NOTE
1. MALKIYAT of Khasra No. 1660/8 in the name of Smt. Kasturi Devi W/o Sh. Jhumman.
2. On 11/-4/1953 out of 111 Bighas, 57 Bighas &9 Biaswa was TAKSIM to Smt. Kasturi Devi.
3. In the year of 1962 Smt Kasturi Devi sold this land to SH. M.L. VASISHT,
MR. JAIRAM VASISHT & COL. SHRI RAM through SALE DEED.
4. Due to MUTETION was not done in the year 1959 Section-4 was implemented and in the year 1966 Section-6 was also implemented.
5. In 1983 this land was AWARDED & the party moved court against the
AWARD.
6. In the year 1995 the said AWARD & land acquisition proceeding was canceled by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
7. In the year 1997 Delhi Development Authority appealed in the Hon’ble
Supreme Court of India and in the year 2003 the appeal of DDA was dismissed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
8. In the year 2005 a case for MUTETION was filed by impleading SDM as a party.
9. In January 2006 order of MUTETION was granted and since we are looking the same.
10.Out of 57 Bighas & 9 Biaswa, 56 Bigha & 18 Biswa was Purchased by Vasisth family and 11 Biswa was remaind with them.
11. Land is available for sale only 48.4 bigah (10 acres).
12. Ret – 450 cr plus commission 2%
